Raymond Draper (R.D.) Williams
Chief Executive Officer
R.D. Williams assumed his position as CEO of Hendry Regional Medical Center on June 3, 2013. He came to Clewiston from Jefferson North Carolina, where he served as CEO at Ashe Memorial Hospital for approximately 19 years. Mr. Williams has over 30 years of proactive leadership experience in healthcare management, and he holds a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond Virginia. He has extensive knowledge of healthcare financial and clinical operations, strategy development and implementation, managed care negotiations, physician recruitment, and quality improvement.

John Beltz
Chief Financial Officer
John Beltz has been named Chief Financial Officer at Hendry Regional Medical Center. Moving from the state of Washington, where he has served as CFO for the past four years, he brings more than 30 years of financial healthcare experience to our hospital. John will be responsible for the financial operations of Hendry Regional Medical Center. John received his BS Accounting Degree at Pennsylvania State University in Philadelphia.

Sandi Viall,
Chief Nursing Officer
Sandi Viall is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 20 years of nursing leadership experience. She came to Hendry Regional Medical Center on February 13, 2012. Prior to joining our hospital, Sandi was Director of Nursing at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, Ill., where sheled a staff of more than 200 nurses. She also served as Director of Nursing and Critical Care at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, Ill. In addition, Sandi was Clinical Nursing Director for the neonatal intensive care unit at the University of Chicago Hospitals in Chicago, Ill.

Sandi earned a Master of Science in nursing administration and a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, Ill., and is currently studying to earn a doctorate in nursing practice for nurse executives. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) and the American Nurses Association (ANA).

Leon Hoover
Chief Information Officer
Leon Hoover has had a long career in Information Services. From a lead position in Information Services at one of the top VA hospitals where he was part of a team doing beta testing of the VA's VistA Electronic Medical Record system to the Director of Information Services for 8 hospitals in West Tennessee, Leon's healthcare experience is well rounded. Outside of Healthcare, he worked for the USAF in a 4 year redesign and rollout of a new weapons platform incorporating new microprocessors. Overseas, Leon served with Wycliffe Bible Translators as a Field Linguist and Translator in Togo and Benin West Africa using appropriate levels of technology and training the local population in its use while moving an unwritten language into written form. Leon has a B.S. in Mathematics from Georgia College and an Executive Certificate in Information Technology Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. With this history, Leon is well prepared to oversee the responsibilities, activities and challenges of Hendry Regional's Information Technology advancements.
