The Human Resources Department assists with the recruitment and retention of personnel as well as the planning and implementation of personnel policies. Our department maintains all personnel files, payroll records, and other hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
HRMC is committed to the development of our staff. In addition to standard benefits, HRMC promotes professional growth and staff development through a series of educational support opportunities, such as scholarships, tuition reimbursement, and incentive pay for certifications.
