Craig R Cudworth
Chief Executive Officer, FACHE
Craig Cudworth came to Clewiston in June of 2004. Since that time, he has provided a sense of stability and leadership to Hendry Regional Medical Center.
In 1975, Craig Cudworth received his Bachelor of Science degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He graduated with his Master of Health Administration degree in 1980 at the Medical college of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. He is a Fellow in the American College of Health Care Administrators. He has extensive experience in the management of rural health systems.

Chief Financial Officer, MBA
Jon McMillan comes to Hendry Regional Medical Center with many years of hospital financial leadership experience. He has worked in both large medical centers and community hospitals. Jon has extensive financial management experience in critical access hospitals.
After assisting an Indiana hospital in becoming the second hospital in the state to be designated as a Critical Access Hospital, Jon consulted with many of Indiana’s other small hospitals so they too could qualify as Critical Access Hospitals.
Jon earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. During his working career in Indiana, he earned his MBA from Indiana Weslyan University. Jon is an advanced member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and is also a member of the American College of Health Care Executives.

Susan Seeley,
Chief Nursing Officer
RN,MSN, CNAA, BC
Susan Seeley has been with Hendry Regional Medical Center for almost 29 years. She currently holds the position of Chief Nursing Officer. In addition to her position at the hospital, she works part-time as a Nursing Consultant. She is also a faculty member for the University of Phoenix Online.
Susan has many areas of expertise, which include quality management, regulatory compliance and operations. She has had the honor of participating and presenting in several healthcare forums as a panel member on various subjects including:
- Pain Management
- End of Life Care
- Managing the Nursing Shortage in the Rural Environment
- Accreditation Preparation
- And More
Susan Seeley enjoys her role in Administration where she participates in the leadership aspects of her profession.
