The Quality Department has been established to provide a means of measuring and assessing specific processes of providing care, assisting other departments/providers in the improvement of organizational performance and patient outcomes. In a planned and systematic way, it includes quality control, quality assessment, risk management and process design/review.
Our goal is to assist in customer service, provide safety to our patients, visitors and staff, and facilitate the services provided within our organization.
