Full time -- Community Health Educator/Tobacco Cessation Specialist
Department:
Position Description:
This position is a grant funded position to provide health education programming to the general public and patients of Hendry Regional Medical Center. Administrative responsibilities will specifically include assisting with grant management and implementation of tobacco cessation programs. This position will report to the Quality Director/Safety Officer in coordination with the Director of Cardiopulmonary.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in education or other health related field.
Experience:
